DELIVERY INFORMATION
Singapore Orders
Delivery within the Singapore mainland is free of charge for all orders.
For certain bespoke or customised orders, we may arrange to meet with you (at a convenient location to be agreed between us), to personally hand your jewellery to you. We would love to see you un-box your new treasure!
International Orders
The delivery fees for international orders would vary depending on where you are. Please drop us an email at info@noxyjewellery.com to enquire.
When can you expect to receive your order?
As most of our pieces are only made-to-order, please expect a wait of at least about 6-8 weeks for your jewellery to be ready. A longer wait may be expected:

during festive seasons (2-3 months leading up to Christmas and Chinese New Year);

if your bespoke or customised pieces are of more complex designs; or

if we are required to source for specific gemstones or diamonds.
If you need your jewellery urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to meet your timelines. We would still recommend, however, that you plan far ahead and speak to us early to get your proposal ring or birthday/anniversary/push present made in time! ;)
